How It Works

Landscape design is a collaborative process between the client and the landscape designer. Our designer will meet with the client to discuss their goals, budget, and style preferences. They will also assess the site, taking into consideration factors such as topography, soil type, sun exposure, and existing vegetation. This information is used to create a design that is functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable.

The next step in the landscape design process is creating a conceptual design. This is a preliminary design that includes a layout of hardscapes, softscapes, and other landscape elements such as water features, lighting, and outdoor living spaces. The conceptual design is presented to the client for review and feedback. Any changes or revisions are made before moving on to the next stage of the design process.

Once the conceptual design is approved, our landscape designer creates a detailed design plan. This includes specific details such as plant species, placement of hardscape features, and the installation of irrigation systems. The detailed design plan also includes a cost estimate for the project, which is presented to the client for review and approval.

The final stage of the landscape design process is installation. This involves preparing the site for construction, installing hardscapes and softscapes, and planting vegetation. The landscape designer oversees the installation process, ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget. After installation, the designer will typically provide ongoing maintenance services to ensure that the landscape remains healthy and beautiful.
